All orders are fulfilled from our distribution facility in the Netherlands. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.

Delivery Zones & Rates

Free shipping on all orders of €50 or more.

Netherlands

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping cost: €3.20 on orders below €50

Belgium

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Shipping cost: €4.50 on orders below €50

Germany

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Shipping cost: €3.50 on orders below €50

France

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Shipping cost: €4.50 on orders below €50

Spain

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping cost: €4.50 on orders below €50

Rest of the European Union

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping cost: €8.95 on orders below €50

Please note: Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Order Processing

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 15:00 CET on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 CET, on weekends, or on Dutch public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Order confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Carriers

We ship with PostNL, DHL, and DPD depending on your destination and order size. The carrier is selected automatically at the time of dispatch. TAB Vitamins reserves the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.

Returns & Damaged Goods

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tabvitamins.com, including photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Right of Withdrawal In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the products are unopened, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used supplement products cannot be accepted for return.

Important Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. TAB Vitamins is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • All prices shown on our website include applicable VAT for EU consumers. No additional taxes or import duties apply to deliveries within the EU.
  • We do not currently ship outside of the European Union via our direct channels.
